Members of the Alcona chapter of Students Leading Students (SLS) worked with local radio personality Johnny Zawacki to record local ads that were aired over northern Michigan during the holiday season. Each of the four students picked a different focus area, including reducing holiday stress, eliminating youth substance use, safe driving, and finding your Natural High. The members enjoyed taking time out of their days to record the messages- designed for their peers, local parents, as well as the general public.
