As part of the annual end of school “fun day”, Up North Prevention staff at Alcona Middle/High School took students on a hayride, stretching through the school property hiking trails and onto the disc golf course. Staff played music and the students were given the discussion prompt, “What’s something you’re looking forward to this summer?” In addition to the hayride, students engaged in other stations that were dedicated to food, cardio drumming, water balloon battleship, kickball and pickleball. Over 250 6th through 11th grade students participated on the hayride and the fun day.
