On June 15th, The Medicine Shoppe in Grayling partnered with the Crawford Partnership to End Substance Misuse (CPESM) to host a free Narcan giveaway. CPESM offered Narcan, lock boxes, and community resources to help address needs such as peer recovery support. Narcan is a nasal spray medication used to reduce the effects of opioids. It can save the life of someone in opioid overdose. Free Narcan is appreciated by community members who want to protect their family members and friends, or just have it on hand in case of emergencies.
