Montmorency Substance Free Coalition and the Atlanta Students Leading Students Chapter Step Up for Their Community

After the Governor declared Montmorency County to be in a state of emergency due to recent ice storms, the Montmorency Substance Free Coalition and Atlanta Students Leading Students went to work serving their community. Members participated in wellness checks for community members who may not have been able to leave their homes and assisted in delivering meals. When Atlanta Community School was named a 24-hour county warming shelter, members helped by manning the building, unloading food trucks, and separating and distributing food to community members at the school. Our members are always ready and proud to serve.
