The Frederic Township board in Crawford County accepted a Naloxone distribution box in front of their office as a service to the residents of their township. The box was provided with funding through the Northern Michigan Regional Entity and Harm Reduction Michigan and placed by the Crawford Partnership to End Substance Misuse. An additional box was placed at the Emergency Medical Services station to allow anyone to access the life-saving opioid reversal drug. Up North Prevention thanks our community partners for recognizing a need in their community and offering a helpful solution.
