The Three Lakes Communities That Care Coalition of Roscommon County received liquor tax funding for after school leadership outreach. The name of this initiative is "Gap," standing for how the young people identify feeling between child and adulthood.
Activities include fun games, snacks and the development of drug resistance skills, where these activities together have impacts and improve high risk decisions.
Special consideration in planning this program was given to the Gen Z population, where relationship and trust building are important, and a powerful approach to prevent substance misuse.
