Linda Solem, Prevention Specialist with Up North Prevention, was at the Northwestern Michigan Fair along with the Michigan State Police and the Hidden in Plain Sight trailer. The trailer and resources were seen by hundreds of people! The community expressed thanks for all that is being done to prevent substance misuse and keeping our community safe. Trooper John Hetfield, Community Service Trooper, kept the kids smiling and many said that they want to be like him. Parents learned what to be aware of concerning vaping risks, including the new vaping paraphernalia, through the Hidden in Plain Sight trailer.
